Is there a providence World of Darkness group that meets regularly? I'd like to give it a shot but can't easily travel out of state to play since I lack a car...

If there would be enough interest I'd love to play or ST.. I tend to like Dark Ages more, but would easily be able to do Modern.

I need my Tre.. er Ventrue.. yeah thats my clan... fix ;o)

Experienced Storyteller here. I have run World of Darkness for 10 years using the updated errata rules for the original setting. I run modern setting in a fictional city. I enjoy storylines with a LOT of roleplay interaction between the players and the N.P.C.?s. My games are VERY plot driven with intriguing plots and characters. Very roleplay styled games with a LITTLE combat on occasion. I believe in consequences for actions and run hero style games that focus in teamwork. I do not enjoy chaos characters or rules lawyers. I would be willing to run with a minimum of 2 players and could travel depending on location. So if this sounds interesting to you let me know.

Extensive Storyteller Experience, I am Familiar with all of the past Word of darkness settings; Vampire, Werewolf, Mage, Changeling, Mummy, Hunter, Demon.

I refuse to run Wraith, though I am familiar with it.

I am also very well versed in the NEW WOD Vampire and Werewolf and Mortal settings.

I have run games both table top and over IRC chat.

We have a good amount of replies on this post. Seems that we should begin to talk about what everyone would be interested in playing. Scedualing infomation and the real headache of finding a place we are are willing to meet to do this.
Again I am just putting it out there that I can run a modern city story. I have a decently flexable scedual and depending on location will travel.
What inportant right now is we try and get orginized :)
I will admit I prefure to storytel then play but lets at least try to orginize and see what happens.

I suggest that all that are interested post here with a list of dates and times they can make it to play WoD.

well I play D&D bimonthly on sundays, I'd prefer to do it during the week if possible to break up my week into more interesting chunks of time, preferably someplace in providence since I lack a car and travel is a bit of a pain in the butt .

Tuesday through thursdays are my best availbility.

would prefure modern WOD setting. Would prefure old rules with the updated errata's. Willing to do either Vampire, Werewolf or a gothic horror story. Leaning more in the direction of being interested in being ST then playing. NOT looking for a bunch of Malks and Ragabashes, choes factors, rules lawyers or peeps who just want to hack.
Would like to be involved in a consistent gruop who want to get into roleplay and storylines. Yes I guess it is obviouse I have been in more then my share of bad games lol.

I think the best place to play would be DH if you're talking about Providence. It's in Johnston and just a skip off route 6.

I'd love to play, but weekdays suck for me (Work 40 hours, School 2 nights a week and my regular D&D game one day during the week).

If I can play, and we meet up at a neutral ground for about 3 weeks I'd probably be willing to open my home to you guys. I'm just off Route 195 in East Providence.
