I'm new to 4e, and I've heard there is a free char builder up to lvl 3, but I can't find it on the WoTC site, and one I downloaded isn't updated properly.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to make my life a little easier? |

You may want to look at heroforge for 4e its great, has all the features of the wizards one and best of all free |

On the site the FAQ States:
"Q: I am not a subscriber. Can I still get the D&D Character Builder? A: The application is available only to D&D Insider subscribers. We are working on a demo that non-subscribers can view to get an idea of how the new Character Builder works, and we hope to make it available soon." I know it has said that for a long while now. I am unsure if they ever came out with it. If they did I do not know where it is. |
