Crowne Plaza (map)

Get ready for the Apocalypse at TempleCon, New England’s revolutionary Retro-Futurist Gaming Convention!  TempleCon 2012 is gearing up for a weekend of adventure in a landscape of anachronistic doom, featuring a plethora of games, performances, stories, music, vendors, and diversions that explore a variety of Retro-Futurist genres such as Steampunk, Neo-Victorianism, Weird West, Dieselpunk, Decopunk, Raygun Gothic, and Cyberpunk - all past visions of the future that are being re-examined in modern times and re-envisioned in modern terms – with this year’s special focus being the impending Apocalypse in all its Retro-Futurist atomic glory. TempleCon 2012 also features the finest in modern gaming, bringing countless RPGs, CCGs, Miniatures Wargames, Board Games, LARPs, and more into an uncommonly high-class venue for the ultimate convention experience. Expect industry guests, live performances, panels, classes, vendors, demos, parties, and all sorts of other debauchery, and you'll know why people everywhere are saying that TempleCon is taking the classic geek culture stereotype and knocking it on its ear.  Join us this February 3rd-5th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island for the best TempleCon yet!

I posted a thread here at RIGAMING.com so we can discuss details!

As Venture-Captain of the Pathfinder Society for southeast New England I will be running Pathfinder Society games at TempleCon on Saturday. The PFS Coordinator, John McLaughlin, will be running them all weekend.

    Excellent!

I'll be contributing by running some boardgaming events, mostly Arkham Horror. I believe I'll be tied up with miniatures for much of the rest of my time, although I'm holding the scotch and mead tasting seminars open for obvious reasons ;)

I dunno. Super bowl weekend, and same weekend as Unity Games. The timing could not be worse. Better scheduling choices can be had.

There's actually a big superbowl party AT the hotel where Templecon is held. A lot of the con-goers stick around for it, because the restaurant there has a big screen TV for the event ^^
