D&D Encounters: Dark Sun Season 2

Get your game on every other Wednesday with D&D Encounters, an ongoing mini-campaign where you’ll play two encounters every other week at your local game store. Earn exclusive rewards as you gain Renown Points for accomplishments made during each season!

Season 2 takes place in the upcoming Dark Sun campaign setting. Adventure in the deserts of Athas where just surviving the unrelenting heat, vicious monsters, and others trying to scavenge out an existence in a brutal world decimated by reckless magic is hard enough. All characters are pre-generated so all you have to do is show up and play.

If you have friends or family interested in D&D and looking for a great introduction to what 4th edition has to offer, have them come and join us for an evening of adventure at Veteran's Gaming in Warwick. Sessions will start at 6PM and should run from 2-3 hours.

For those of you who played in Season 1, Rewards Cards earned in that adventure are fully legal for use in all subsequent seasons.

Maybe you should send out a message to indicate it is not _this_ meetup that was rescheduled, but a later one. Otherwise confused people might not show up.

It was righteous and brutal. Two character deaths at one table and several knocked unconscious (some repeatedly) at the second. The second encounter went much smoother and several people walked away from tonight's sessions with their 10 renown point Delver Card "Curious Knack" in hand. Looking forward to continuing the adventure across the desert sands of Athas in a few weeks. Would also love to see new folks show up, as we're always looking for more people to join our games.

Very tough world, but fun to play in.

    Major Gamer.
Module is a little unbalanced but that is WOTC's fault. Dale runs it awesomely, even though our heads are being handed to us. ;)
